All of our onions are pre-graded directly after harvest and stored into 2200 lbs. boxes. Every unit is registered with a tag before placing it into the climate-controlled storage, to guarantee 100% traceability. Doing so, our product is always ready for processing, on customer demand.

The small onions will be graded on sizing screens for the highest precision. The big red and pink onions are graded with a smooth roller sizer to avoid bruising the onions.

Everything from seed to shipment is registered in Field Manager Pro 360. A report of each specific lot belonging to a load will be available for the customer. Each bag is labelled with a unique number. The range of numbers is indicated on the bill of lading, to be able to track the product.

Each specific onion variety has its own characteristic intense flavor, from mild aromatic to spicy and hot. The chefs in the restaurants and the cooks at home know how the use them in the world’s famous kitchens.

Health Benefits of Onions

Onions are members of the Allium family and are rich in sulfur-containing compounds that are responsible for their pungent odors and for many of their health-promoting effects.
